Saving your date
Now, not like your actual save the dates, but like a DIY wedding favor version. This is perhaps one of the easiest DIY wedding favors you can choose that involves crafting. All you need is paint, sticker or tag and an item of your choice. Your item can range from a small plant pot, jar, or even a spoon. It just needs to be something you want to reflect your style on the big day. Now as far as painting goes, all creative decisions go to you. You can put you and your fiance's initials, the wedding date, your wedding hashtag, the list goes on and on. With this favor you can really personalize what you give to your guests. If you chose something like a plant pot you can even add one of your favorite varieties to give to your guests.
Favor sachets
This is another small and intimate gift for your guests. All you need is a small favor bag and the rest is up to you. These you can fill with something that ties in with the theme of your wedding. These can be seashells, little bottles of sand, crystals, bubbles or any small trinket. If you want to give it a twist, you could always add dried flowers, such as lavender to these sachets. So your guests have a scent memory to tie in with your wedding. Favors like these are good if you have something small you want to give your guests but still want to have it in a bag or favor box. The good news about this favor is how easy it is! You can pick anything you want to go into the favor bags, and it takes no time to put together. This can be a great option is you have a lot of guests and you want something easy, but memorable. This is a great option if you can't use a paint pen to save your life, but still want DIY wedding favors. If you want to step up your favors a bit, you can use chalkboard votive holders for this. You can write each person's name on the holder and place it at their table. This way you have knocked out the name card along with their favor with one item. That will make planning easier in the long run. 
Drink-to-go
This is a cute way to incorporate specialty cocktails into your favors. For this DIY wedding favor, all you need is a mini bottle and a take home cup, shot glass or bottle opener. You can write drink puns on a tag that ties the two together. You can chose two spirits, one for the bride and one for the groom, and create the favors around that. If you're doing a specialty cocktail, you can use the spirit from that drink and write down the recipe for guests. If you don't have a specialty cocktail, a cute bottle opener is a great alternative! You can tie a tag with a cute saying or your wedding hashtag and give them a practical favor they can use time and time again.
