...Read MoreRead more about I am EXTREMELY dissatisfied with myding centerpieces. I had received 1 package of all the pillars, everything looks good. I wait about a day or 2 and still no other packages. After receiving a call from the company within my busy schedule I was notified that the whole glass shipment of pillar candle holders was a complete loss. It had broke at it's last stop before it made it to me. Of course things happen and I don't blame the company completely, beside for the fact they could have packaged such a fragile shipment much better to prevent such a thing. I of course notified the company to find a solution because I have a deadline to pack and ship my products to the destination site. They let me know it would take another 4 days to ship. I didn't have that time. I asked if they would expedite shipping due to the shipment breaking and being past its delivery time (not my fault that their product couldn't make it!) They informed me it was going to cost nearly another $90! I do not feel I should have to pay the price of their poor packaging. I asked for a refund because I was extremely upset that they were not going to compensate for shipping costs or they weren't going to attempt to satisfy their customer. They still charged me for the candles that have already shipped and refunded me for the glass pieces.
