Terrible customer service. My vases never arrived and when I contacted customer service I was given no option to ensure my vases arrived in time for my event. They were damaged in transit and returned to the warehouse. Rather than offering to ship them to me faster I was offered either a refund or the same shipping I had paid for. options got me the vases I needed for my event, when I needed them. While I understand the broken vases were not the fault of quick candles, the complete lack of customer service was appalling. The customer service agent who also identified herself as the “assistant manager” and told me there was no one higher than her to speak to to resolve my issue continually cut me off while I was speaking. When I told her I would be writing a review she told me she “looked forward to reading it.” If I had only read reviews on other sites instead of on quick candles site then I would have known about the terrible customer service. I know this review will be deleted as it is near impossible to find a bad review on your site. Read Less

Thank you for your feedback. We certainly understand that it can be frustrating to hear that an order is damaged in transit. All orders are packed well to prevent such instances; but the journey for a shipment is not always smooth. We are happy to amend any issue that should arise with an order. However, our policy for damages is on our website; and states clearly that all replacements must be sent via the shipping method of the original order. We have one manager of the customer service department; and this is the person with whom you spoke. As a replacement order would not arrive in time for your event, a full refund was issued for the order. Cylinder Vases

I ordered 7sets of the 6X8 cylinder vases . One of the vases arrived broken. I emailed customer service& Tiffany promptly replied! She was so nice , she offered a refund or a replacement, I asked for a replacement & in a couple of days , I had it at my door!. Tiffany was wonderful! I highly recommend Quick Candles ! Thank you!

Good quality and a great buy

I bought 10 of these to use as centerpieces for my daughter's Sweet 16. They came packed really well, and the pricing was excellent! I would definitely buy from Quick Candles again.
