Your catalog is easy to use. Your service is great. Your product is good but the packaging is flimsy. I have had about 3 or 4 shipments from you and boxes are always battered looking. They are so damaged that I am surprised the wire frames I order are not bent . Perhaps you could beef up your boxes?
