Thank you for purchasing our quality products! We proudly stand behind every item we sell and we want
you to be completely satisfied. Any customer may return any item, for any reason, at any time, up to 1 year from order date.

  RETURN CONDITIONS



  • DO NOT return damaged items. We will replace damaged items free of charge when reported within 30 days!

  • All items should be unused, in brand new condition, and returned in the original packaging. Items should be repacked to avoid damages when they are returned.

  • You are responsible for the shipping charges to return the product. You may use any shipping carrier to return the products. We recommend using FedEx or UPS so you may track your return.

  • Your product refund will be issued to the payment method used to make the original purchase.

  • Your original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

  • Failure to follow these conditions will result in a reduced refund.

  • Customized / Engraved Items are NOT refundable. Please do not return customized / engraved items.



  RETURN PROCEDURE



Non-RMA Return
  1. Print return form found here.

  2. Customer provides their own shipping label and pays for the shipping.

RMA Return
  1. Log into your account.

  2. Select your order and the items you wish to return.

  3. We will email a prepaid label to you and the cost of using the label.

  4. You print the label and attach to your return.

  5. When we process return we will deduct return shipping cost from your refund.

* RMA's are only available in the contiguous United States.
